On conscious sexuality
If we know how to use our sexual energy, it can take us into a beautiful flowering of the heart, into deep states of bliss and serenity. Sexual energy can also open up our authentic wildness! However, for many of us today, this potential of our sexuality is not being fully realized.
The good news is that it is infinitely possible to open the flow of your natural sexuality into a conscious expression again, no matter what your age is, and whether you have a partner or not. What it takes is a willingness to shed some illusions, and to get conscious with your life!
This workshops are an introduction to conscious sexuality. My first intent is to deepen learning about intimacy. Whether we have been in long term or sporadic relationships, or on our own mostly, our approach to intimacy can always do with more refinement. Each workshop will be designed around the participants; where you are at and what you need (this is also why it is essential that you let me know what your motivation is for coming on the workshop).
I hope to make some of the basic concepts of conscious sexuality clear to you, and to give you a deep (and blissful) experience of what is possible, in your body. Since these are introductory workshops, you will not be required to expose yourself in any way that is not comfortable for you. The workshops will also introduce you to practices that you can take into your daily life and/or into your relationship.

On female sexuality
In ancient wisdom traditions, the sexuality of women has been revered as a gateway to the sacred. The gift of the feminine has been much misunderstood in the last 2000 years and much understanding about how female sexuality works has been all but lost. No wonder so few women find deep fulfilment in sexuality, what to say an experience of ecstatic oneness with the universe - which is the potential of our sexuality. The time has come for us to remember how our sexuality naturally flows through our bodies and to embrace again the gifts that it brings to our lives. Female sexuality is about opening, receptivity, responsiveness, creativity, sensitivity. It is possible to reawaken these qualities in your own body through solo practice; the results of which will greatly enhance your experience with lovers. Many women in our day have had sexual experiences that have been invasive and so there is a resistance to opening. This workshop will also be an opportunity to be present with such memories left in the body, and to open to new pathways of feeling and expression in us.
