You are invited to come meet Shakti and get introduced to Tantra this Sunday 13 February - or just to come enjoy and share if you are familiar with this practice. Our theme:

Tasting the Real of Love

Programme

12 noon to 2pm: bring and share lunch and informal time for questions
2 - 3pm: Shakti introduces Tantra in a talk and discussion. I will also give an overview and some insight into some of the activities that are planned for this year.
3 - 4pm: Tasting Tantric practice: Shakti will introduce some delicious and easy Tantric practices for you to go try at home.
4pm - 4.45pm: More informal discussion time.
